Postage and Handling Fees
Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on the East Coast Eagles Online Store are subject to postage and handling fees. Items are shipped by Australia Post. Unless otherwise advised, delivery takes from 5 to 7 working days within Australia. Delivery may take longer for archived items. We endeavour to ship items as soon as possible but the East Coast Eagles can not be held liable for any loss or damage due to delays in shipping.
Returns Policy
The East Coast Eagles will always do our best to accurately display all items in our online store. Due to the nature of some of our products, there may be slight variations in individual products. Customers are advised to carefully select their products before commiting to buy. The East Coast Eagles cannot be held liable for mistakes made by customers in the ordering process.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we advise customers to contact us at the earliest convenience to arrange a suitable solution. Due to the nature of some of our products, (in particular DVD items) we cannot always offer refunds. If, on return, the product is found to be faulty, we will replace the item.
