The 2009 Volunteer roster is now available for download. This roster shows the current status for all grades.All members and supporters are urged to download the form below and look at the roster and do 1 of 2 things.
1) If your name is on the roster, could you confirm your availability for your allocated task.
2) If your name is not on the roster, please look at the roles that need filling and advise where you might be able to help out.
Our volunteer coordinator, Tammy Moeller, has been doing an exceptional job so far this year, but it never gets easier. The way you can make it easier is to put your hand up to help out.
Try and look at roles that you might be able to do while a game that you are not directly involved in is happening. This might mean you need to arrive at the ground earlier than necessary or stay a bit later, but this way, you can make sure you get to watch your favourite team run around.
The East Coast Eagles have always had a magnificent stable of willing volunteers and in 2009 we hope that you can help keep this tradition.
